location was excellent, just 5 minutes to yangon central train station by walking. breakfast selection was free. view of the street. the hotel was situated near many major sights and within 5 mins walk from yangon city hall.

Bed was comfortable. There is a good food option within 300 ft - Peacock Lounge. We recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Yangon. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose east:)))
